What happens to your details.

What I collect

• The booking form: your name, a phone number or email, your vehicle, which service you're after, where the vehicle is, and whatever you write in the message box.
• The review form: your review, a star rating if you pick one, your vehicle, your name if you give one, and a phone or email if you give one.
• Ordinary server logs: like every website, the server records IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and for working out what broke.

Nothing else. There's no account to create, no newsletter, and no tracking pixel following you off this site.

Reviews get published — here's exactly what shows

If you send a review, the point is for other people to read it, so this is worth being precise about.

• Published: what you wrote, your rating, your vehicle, and your name if you gave one.
• Never published: your phone number or email. Those are only so I can check a review came from a real customer, and they stay with me.
• Your name is optional. Leave it blank and the car signs it.
• Reviews aren't published automatically — I read them first.
• Changed your mind? Ask and I'll take it down. You don't have to give a reason.

Who else sees it

A few services make the site work. Each one only handles what it needs to.

• RedHorseWebDev built and runs this site and the form behind it, on a server they manage. Your message passes through that server on its way to me. They handle it on my behalf and use it for nothing else.
• ZeptoMail (part of Zoho) carries the email that form sends.
• Google, because the email lands in a Gmail inbox.
• Cloudflare sits in front of the site and blocks attacks and spam.
• Umami counts visitors. It's self-hosted rather than rented from anybody, sets no cookies, doesn't follow you between websites, and collects nothing that identifies you.

I'll also hand something over if the law actually requires it.

Cookies

No tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. One thing is stored in your own browser and never sent to me: whether you picked the light or dark version of the site. Cloudflare may set a small cookie of its own to tell people from bots. That's the lot, which is why there's no cookie banner in your way.

How long I keep it

Messages and quotes stay as long as they're useful for doing the work and sorting out anything afterwards. Records of paid jobs stay as long as tax rules say they have to. Published reviews stay up until you ask me to take one down.

What you can ask for

Email cmagzrpmdetailing@gmail.com and ask me what I've got about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to pull a review. No forms to fill in and no reason needed. I'll sort it within 30 days, and realistically a lot sooner — it's one person reading that inbox.

Kids

This is a detailing business. The site isn't meant for children under 13 and I don't knowingly collect anything about them.

Who's responsible for this

Cmagz RPM Detailing, a one-man mobile detailing business based in Warren, New Jersey. There's no department and no ticket system — it's me, and cmagzrpmdetailing@gmail.com reaches me directly.

If this changes
